Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make our own alcohol based disinfectant that we utilize ourselves and one is provided in the room. We have hand sanitizer at entrances, all meeting rooms, and "hot spots" around the space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This cozy, industrial styled meeting room is the perfect fit for a team on a mission. With two felt animals there to inspire whimsy we've added Clarus glass boards and a screen to inspire focus. Located near our gorgeous courtyard the natural light keeps you energized. Our culture is here to inspire the future of work. Our green building offers well-filtered air and water, non-toxic furnishings, and facilitates movement to keep you healthy and productive. We are a woman-owned business and the first solar powered coworking space in the world focused on inclusive sustainability.

Parking description

We have a gated parking lot on the south side of the building for guests to utilize. There is also free parking on both sides of Good-Latimer.

Lighting description

The door is a 3 panel glass sliding door that faces adjacently to our large courtyard windows. We welcome you to bring your own innovative options to more proficiently control the little natural light the does come in throughout the day! 11AM-3PM are the brightest hours!

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

With felt panels on one wall and 2 felt animals mounted to another wall the sound waves are pretty controlled just not 100% sound proof. Being in an exposed, industrial styled warehouse professional mics are going to be able to catch the HVAC system but nothing too obnoxiously loud.

General Rules

- No smoking or vaping within 25 feet of building and parking lot. - No styrofoam, straws, balloons, confetti or glitter. - No pets allowed - All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Furniture rearrangement will be a flat rate fee of $25. All movement must be approved by employee on staff!

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
