COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We're sanitizing before and after every event. We also provide hand sanitizer, mask and gloves at the front entrance.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Our venue rental includes: Tables & Chairs, Black Table Linen, Full Kitchen, Bar Area, Large Stationed Buffet, 65" TV, 100" Projector Screen, Bluetooth Speakers w/Microphone, Firestick 4K, Grass Wall Back Drop, Free WIFI, Parking and Security.

Parking description

There is (10) parking spaces available behind the venue, as well as street parking.

General Rules

The use of candles and glitter is prohibited. THE CLIENT CAN NOT SELL ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND DURING THEIR EVENT (THERE IS NO CASH BAR OPTION). *YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE OUR CERTIFIED BARTENDER TO SERVE, REGULATE AND MONITOR THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGES AT YOUR EVENT. *We will provide you with a list of services/packages we can provide. Due to strict laws concerning the serving of alcohol, our bartender will stop serving alcohol 30 minutes prior to the conclusion of the Client's event. All alcohol must be removed from the premises immediately following the event. You can choose to use your own event planner and/or caterer. Please keep in mind all vendors are welcome, as long as a separate one-day event insurance policy is provided prior to event.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras in the parking lot and the main room area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
