About the Space
New home located in Green Hills in Nashville, TN. It is 4000 sq ft and decorated modern/contemporary. We can be available for last minute video or photoshoots. Two floors. The home consists of master bedroom, 2 guest room, 1 toddler room, 1 office, 1 living room, enclosed patio, bonus room. 5 bathrooms.

Fantastic location and incredibly easy to work with. Photos are IDENTICAL to the location and communication and ease of use was fantastic. One thing to keep in mind for production, parking is limited for crew, BUT Genevieve was very helpful in giving us suggestions for extra parking and there was PLENTY of parking for G&E truck, etc. in the driveway. We were able to park crew in a nearby church parking lot and easily shuttle people at beginning and end of day. GREAT experience and hope to shoot here again!
