An abandoned doctor's office converted to a Modern contemporary office lounge located moments away from Fort Washington Park. Fort Washington Park was originally a military fort built to defend the Potomac River approach to Washington, DC during the Mexican War and the American Civil War. Conveniently located near National Harbor, Maryland. Only 7 miles away from 495 and 295. Easy access to Fort Washington Marina and National Golf Club. The space is ideal for meetings, networking events, film shoots, pop-up events, workshops, and photoshoots. The office features a conference room with a conference table with six office chairs and 55-inch television mounted on the wall for teleconference or presentations. An open works space area for co-working or flex space that offers a kitchenette. Two private office suites, one of which has a desk and chair and the other office is unfurnished and can be used for photoshoots or filming. The private suite to the front of the office isn't available for booking. The office previously hosted co-working space as well as film and photo production in the past.
