  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

*Perfect Space for Social Distancing....Farm to Table events, Yoga & Nature retreats, Music events, Workshops, Corporate meetings/events, Small Weddings, Bird Watching and Camping *The Red Pole Barn is 1,500sq ft of covered space, new concrete floor and windows. Barn opens up at both ends with large sliding doors giving lovely cross breezes and beautiful views. *Near the Barn are picnic tables, a large fire pit area with stumps and bench seating, string lights hung for ambiance, large oak tree canopy for shade, firewood stack, 10 acres with groomed hiking trails. Also near the Barn is a concrete platform perfect for Portapotty set up (easy delivery nearby) Rock and Roll composting outhouse available for a fee.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
