  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Welcome to our studio. A uniquely beautiful and versatile creative space ready to accommodate any and all photography, film, or audio production needs. We are constantly adding to, and fine tuning our collection of Vintage Clothes, Cars, Motorcycles, and Instruments, making our space unique, ideal for Photo & Film, Fashion Editorials, and Music Videos. We are centrally located in the Hyde Park / Inglewood neighborhood of Los Angeles, and easily accessible from the 405. Only 10 minutes away from LAX, and adjacent to the upcoming Metro Stop. Logistics Our space consists of three main areas : Flex Space: Large, Airy, Bow Truss Room with Polished Concrete Floors, Skylights, Communal Work Table, Kitchenette, Massive Roll up Door opening to Our Gated Parking & Outdoor Area. Loft Space : Wooden Beams and Floors, used as a Showroom for Vintage Items, Glass Brick for Natural Lighting, Lots of good textures and areas for Photo & Film Recording Studio : Checkerboard Flooring Throughout, Split into Two Rooms - Control and Tracking. We have gated parking for up to four vehicles as well as a 20' x 20' roll up door access.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
