- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
A big backyard with barbecue, mini outdoor kitchen, gazebo and good lighting. It's a long alley with plants on the side so gives a very beautiful photogenic decor. Enjoy both the covered part in gazebo and the outdoor backyard! This can be used for parties, photo studio, studio for hobby classes etc. where you can conduct outdoor meetings, photography with good lighting and backyard decor. You are free to add your own personal touch if needed. There is a lot of space for free parking on the driveway as well as street. Also, we are a 1 min walk away from gas station, food plaza, Burger King. P.S: The furniture shown in pictures is only for display and we can try to arrange it if possible.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. It's a great place for events. Host is good at responding. Host replies fast. It helped us to decide quicker. The place is too good as advertised. We did a baby shower, gender reveal and a birthday party. All went very well. Host gave us some buffer to decorate our event. I think that was the first success of our event., as it helped us to get the things go on a time.

I can not say enough about this Gem💎 With alot of venue's closed still during the pandemic, and the fact that we were uncertain of the weather for the weekend of our event...Akshita and her Husband were there to assist! It was the perfect size to a memorable day for our Granson's 1st Birthday. I would definitely recommend for an intimate or small social gathering venue. We can't wait to refer friends and family in the future.

Akshita was a great host, the space was what I needed for a food video shoot by the bar area. The furniture on photo was not present but Akshita make sure to ask if I needed some before hand. You can host any type of event there and for the price you can’t beat it. I highly recommend.
