About the Space
A big backyard with barbecue, mini outdoor kitchen, pergola and good lighting. It's a long alley with plants on the side so gives a very beautiful photogenic decor. This can be used for parties, photo studio, studio for hobby classes etc. where you can conduct outdoor meetings, photography with good lighting and backyard decor. You are free to add your own personal touch if needed. There is a lot of space for free parking on the driveway as well as street. P.S: the furniture shown is for display only and might not be available.

Great I accidentally broke a mirror and they were nice about it and shared the closet of cleaning 25$ each. I only paid for an hour and a half but they let me stay however long I needed awesome service very nice couple!

I booked Akshita's backyard for a tech community meet-up. We cooked traditional Uzbek dish and had networking event. It was amazing. It was just the right size and even had some space left over the corner. Our guests such a good time that some guests from Uzbekistan who came for networking started thinking about having all of their networking dinners there. Hosts were helpful and things were very organized. 10/10 I'd book again.

Akshita was super communicative and helpful with any questions I had leading up to renting her space. Her gazebo is wonderfully decorated! We brought fake foliage to decorate for my intimate wedding ceremony and ended up not needing any of it!

Great space and very responsive hosts. The place had all the essentials for the 20 people party we hosted. There was a deck, gazebo, an island with a sink, a fridge in the garage, portable toilet, Wi-Fi and furniture like a table, chairs and a coffee table. We did pay extra for the firepit but that unfortunately wasn’t there, but it might be because they didn’t see it. Had a good time there. Recommended.
