Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and sanitized with a professional cleaning service before and after each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This gorgeous space is a hidden gem in the heart of Pilsen. There is a bar inside the space, a beautiful lounge area, with flower adorned swings. With plenty of places for photos, this pretty, posh space has exposed brick walls and a high ceiling. Bathroom located in the hall of the suite.

There is metered street parking directly in front of the property. There is also free street parking on nearby blocks.

General Rules

Office Area and Lower Level are not included in rental OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. OUTDOOR DECK The deck is included as outdoor space for rentals. All deck activity must end by 11pm. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used, including confetti-filled balloons.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

We had a great time at Kristie/Shakira place. The communication was super easy and quick. The space looks exactly like it does on the pictures and was clean and well designed. Kristie and her event planner were wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate my guest and I. I highly recommend this space you wont be disappointed.
