This stylish one bedroom located in a gated community off Cobb Pkwy. It's only 5 min from The Battery, Cumberland Mall and 75/285. The space is best used for small gathering, photo shoots and film production looking for a stylish cohesive look. The Apartment features: Light Dimmers Open Concept Boho Décor Gas Fireplace Sunroom with French Doors Balcony accessible from the Sunroom and Bedroom OVERTIME POLICY: If you arrive earlier or leave later than fifteen minutes over your designated booking, I will charge you in half an hour increments. Please anticipate the time you need to setup and breakdown; this is time taken away from other paying guests. APARTMENT BELONGINGS/FURNITURE: I do expect that guests move back all furniture and apartment belongings back to their initial spot. Many of the objects are not only expensive but delicate and I ask that guests take care when moving them. Anything damaged or destroyed will be added on to the charges at the end. TRASH: The cleaning fee that I charge covers the deep cleaning of the space after it is used. However, I do ask that guests bag and remove their trash before departing the space. The time needed to remove trash and messes will be added to the charges at the end.
