About the Space
rad suburban home built in 1962 with wood tile walls and a large swimming pool out back. perfect for movie, tv, music video, photoshoot or party locations. the house has three open rooms for use inside - a reading room, the kitchen, and the living room. Outside we have the pool/jacuzzi area which is great for lounging between takes, breaks, and swimming ! We also have a DJ booth and 8 person floaty out back :)

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
