About the Space
Bright and roomy L-shaped Queen Bedroom, with sitting area, mini bar, queen bed as well open space for equipment. Lots of natural light, classic rattan throne chair, tufted chaise lounge, bench, authentic marble side table, large gold frame mirror for amazing photos. This space is roomy so smaller furniture can be moved around to maximize space usage. This is fantastic for photoshoots. My clients love using this space and always opt to have their shoot hosted here than their own home.

Parking available in front of the house and driveway as well as surrounding street parking.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
COVID-19 guidlines will be emailed to ensure minimal contact as possible.
Professional cleaners who follow CDC guidelines are hired to come in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
