About the Space
Located right next to the Western Blue Line stop in Wicker Park, our third floor loft is our home as well as a creative space. We have a designated studio room which is about 800 square feet, and an open layout kitchen/living area which is around an additional 1000 square feet. While renting our space, you will have the studio room exclusively to yourself. You are welcome to utilize our kitchen and living area as well, though you may run into a resident there! If you would like to have the kitchen/living area for private use in addition to the studio room, please discuss with us ahead of booking our space. Some highlights of our space are: -It’s a true loft with tons of character -10 foot ceilings -Exposed brick -Lots of vintage furniture to play around with -Large North East facing windows and skylights -Small back porch with seating Some things to know about our space are: -The floors are old and uneven -It’s a third floor walk up - no elevator -Cats live here, though they will be shut away during your rented time
