Luxurious modern home on a private street off Mulholland Drive overlooking the city with drop-dead gorgeous views. High-end open living with a chef's kitchen, stunning dining room and a floor-to-ceiling double-sided fireplace. This is an entertainer's dream house. The kitchen, dining and living room all showcase vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to create the perfect indoor/outdoor 'al fresco' flow. Additionally, the property features a one-of-the-kind outdoor sport-court with surround sound speakers, hanging twinkle lights, a 12 person built-in seating area and large fire pit. Play pickle-ball, basketball or volleyball while taking in breathtaking views of the city. This space is ideal for photoshoots, video-shoots, corporate meetings, intimate concerts and small pop-up events.

Amazing experience! Aubree was so responsive and easy to work with. The home is absolutely stunning and was perfect for our shoot. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to do a photo or video shoot. The natural light was also amazing and saved a lot of time for lighting set ups. 10/10!

My crew and I had an excellent experience at this beautiful home. Aubree, the Host, was very warm and welcoming, and she was very responsive to all of my communications via text, the Peerspace app and the website. The space is gorgeous just as advertised, and I would definitely book it again.

Aubree is an exceptional host; she was ultra-responsive and flexible, and very easy to work with. The space is exactly as advertised - well appointed with comfortable spaces inside + outside, and drop-dead gorgeous views of the SF valley. We rented the space for a small corporate dinner party and it was perfect!
