Luxurious modern home on a private street off Mulholland Drive overlooking the city with drop-dead gorgeous views. High-end open living with a chef's kitchen, stunning dining room and a floor-to-ceiling double-sided fireplace. This is an entertainer's dream house. The kitchen, dining and living room all showcase vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to create the perfect indoor/outdoor 'al fresco' flow. Additionally, the property features a one-of-the-kind outdoor sport-court with surround sound speakers, hanging twinkle lights, a 12 person built-in seating area and large fire pit. Play pickle-ball, basketball, badminton or volleyball while taking in breathtaking views of the city. This space is ideal for photoshoots, video-shoots, corporate meetings, intimate concerts and small pop-up events.

This space was a really wonderfully warm and inviting space for a special day of our staff retreat where we meditated, relaxed, and captured content. The house had everything we could need -- a lot of space to serve food, a speaker system to set the vibe, and a beautiful outdoor space that we were in and out of all day. The views were spectacular, and some of the more athletic members of our team had fun on the sport court. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking for an escape from the busy city!
