Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Loved everything about the space! From the location to the view, everything was absolutely beautiful. Tauhha was very accommodating and easily accessible throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend this place for any small gatherings!

Loved loved loved loved every single thing about this location. From dealing with the owner who was not only very nice and diligent but also very accommodating, the house itself was perfect. Proposed to my girlfriend of 4 years on the deck upstairs which was very spacious and had a bar. Then, moved the party inside which also had a bar. Was pleased to find out that this listing also came with a parking lot for a small additional fee that could take 20 plus cars, very useful for that area. In short, my proposal was a huge success mainly because of this location.
