About the Space

FourNineteen Co. Studio is a boutique studio space located in the Frankford section of Philadelphia, PA. Our 843 sq ft space has both a modern and exposed/industrial feel & filled with amazing creativity. Our studio can be used as a creative workspace, photography studio, and gallery space. It can also be used for small meetings, trainings, and small business/creative events. Co-Founders/Hosts: Briana S. & Jeff M. Location is near Torresdale Ave, Orthodox St, Aramingo Ave, and I-95. Nearby Landmarks: Lightbulb Rentals, Wawa, etc. SEPTA Transportation Nearby: Market/Frankford Line, J, 25, 56 Please note that the hourly rate changes based on number of attendees: * 1-10 guests, normal hourly rate. * 11-20 guests, additional $35 to hourly rate. Specialty Lighting Equipment is not included in booking & must be requested as an add-on (if needed). Please book no later than 24hrs of desired date & time.

Parking description

Guests are able to park on both Worth St or any other nearby street parking. Please do not park in areas that may tow your car. Our studio isn't liable for cars being towed.

Lighting description

We have huge industrial windows that brings in a lot of natural light. If lighting needs to be subtracted, we have dark curtains that will hide the light from the windows. The lighting is best in the morning and early afternoon.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Unfortunately, the studio space isn't sound-proofed. If you're working on audio-sensitive productions & you continue to book with us, you'll be booking at your own risk. However, we've still had successful productions done at our studio from small media teams to major news platforms & brands.

Equipment loading description

We have a temporary loading zone, but cars will have to be moved immediately after unloading. If needed, we have dollies to load equipment. We also have is a freight elevator, which the hosts will assist you with using it.

We have 12 available outlets in our studio.

General Rules

- Please book no later than 24hrs of desired date & time. - Food/drinks are allowed, but guest must clean up after themselves - No smoking in the studio or building. - Alcohol beverages are allowed depending on the occasion. Drink in moderation. - Guests are allowed bring their own props. - Always include yourself in the number of attendees when booking. - If you arrive with more than the number of attendees you booked for, understand that pricing may change. - Hourly rate changes based on number of attendees: * 1-10 guests, normal hourly rate. * 11-20 guests, additional $35 to hourly rate.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved around, but it cannot leave the room. Although we have artwork on the walls, we can remove them if needed.

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have 1 camera is placed near the studio door where we're able to capture the public studio area. Please DO NOT change clothes in the public areas. We will have a changing tent that provides privacy & the camera DOES NOT capture inside the tent at all. Please change clothes ONLY in that private area. Please DO NOT unplug or tamper with our camera under ANY circumstances! Sometimes the hosts/co-founders are not present during bookings, and the camera helps us monitor damages or broken rules on our property. If we noticed that the camera was unplugged or tampered, there will be a tampering fee equivalent to 1 hour of the booking's hourly rate and will be sent over as a 1-hour overtime fee. If guests refuse to pay the fee, they will be blacklisted (no longer allowed to book with us).

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Equipment is cleaned after each booking Furniture is sprayed down after each booking Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are provided at the entrance of the building

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
