About the Space

Our place is located in Houston, 0.7 miles from Houston Museum of Natural Science, 1.1 miles from Texas Southern University, and 1.1 miles from Hermann Park/Rice U Station. This holiday home features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen. Houston Zoo is 1.2 miles from the holiday home. William P. Hobby Airport is 8.1 miles from the property. We've used the space for Media Productions (photo shoots, film & video shoots), mostly in relation to the parties and events held at our property (see below). HOLIDAY PARTIES: Halloween Bash; Thanksgiving Feasts; Friendsgiving (friends thanksgiving); XMAS and Christmas Eve Parties; Kwanzaa, New Years and New Years Eve Parties; Valentine's; St Patrick's Day, Easter; Mother's Day, Father's Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, etc. SPORTING EVENTS: Watch Parties, Superbowl Sundays, Wimbledon, NBA Finals, etc. SPECIAL EVENTS: Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Graduation Parties, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, Wedding Receptions, Celebrations, etc. OTHER EVENTS: Girls Nights, Game Nights, Sunday Funday, Dinner Parties, Weekend Brunch, College Parties, Company Events, Corporate Events, Corporate Happy Hour, etc. * We've done almost every party you can think of... you name it, we've thrown it! PROPERTY INFORMATION: We are an awesome "shared space". This listing is for Media Productions (photo shoots, film & video shoots) on the 1st floor of Hangout Hut. Other than that, the 1ST FLOOR of the Hangout Hut is almost strictly rented for meetings, parties & events. Best for: Social Occasions, Celebrations, Parties, Brunch & Dinner Parties, etc.

I also understand that our place booking only includes the entire 1st floor, and the entire front & rear outdoor areas of our property, but does NOT include the 2nd or 3rd floor of the property. If additional space is needed, please contact us in advance for your request. I understand that a fun-loving staff of servers will be present at the property during my entire booking for any assistance I may need. I also understand that my guests and I are allowed to bring in food from outside sources, but DRINKS from outside sources are NOT allowed inside without purchasing our $75 BYOB PASS (this includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). I understand that there is NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE of any form at our place (neither inside the house, the front yard, or the backyard), and absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside (or in front of). Smoking and vaping are allowed outdoors in the back patio areas only. I understand that I will be held personally responsible and accountable if any of my guests and I smoke or vape while inside (or in the front outdoor areas) of the Hangout Hut property during my booking. Further, I understand that there is a $150 fee for every occurrence of smoking or vaping indoors during your booking. This gets very expensive so I will make sure my guests smoke outside and do not break this rule. Each guest over the age of 18 years old will be required to show a State ID or Driver's Licence for identity verification.
