A beautiful, expansive apartment with an open floor plan, a large main gathering room, and oversized, stunning windows. Pergo floors, granite countertops, custom bedroom closets, a renovated bathroom and kitchen, and a wall-mounted 42-inch TV. A private high-speed WiFi connection will ensure you're connected at all times, and a picturesque corner patio offers breathtaking views of the Marine Corps memorial, Arlington Cemetery, the Netherlands Carillon, and the beautiful architecture of Rosslyn.

Very nice little spot. The natural light from all the windows is very nice. There were more chairs and tables in the living room than in the pictures, but the host was fine with me moving them around which meant I had lots of options for how to set things up. Host was friendly and helpful with getting in the parking garage and in and out of the apartment.

Fantastic space for a photoshoot! The apartment was super clean with gorgeous sunlight. The decor and decorations were very neutral and non-distracting, and everything looked like it "went together." The space felt very natural and down-to-earth. I needed a space for a photoshoot that looks like a living room/house, and this was perfect. The giant living room gave me plenty of room for multiple angles and lighting equipment. I shot some scenes on the couch and some on the small table. For some shots, I used the wide panoramic view window as a background, while others, it was my main light. There was solid WiFi that I used for video-conferencing for a producer that provided feedback during the photoshoot. Lots of outlets. While, I didn't use the bedroom, I could see that it was very clean and organized and had great light as well. Ashley (host) was very responsive and quick to communicate - she is super experienced in customer service, and I could tell she was on her game. Highly recommend this venue if you need a location that can look like a modern apartment, condo, house, dorm, etc - great space to use.
