Cleaning is done before each booking and outside air ventilation is accessible in this space
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
A two-story modern warehouse located in an industrial neighborhood that offers a large blank space, with many opportunities. There are two mezzanines in the warehouse with two separate staircases that look out to the main floor. Two automatic garage doors allow for easy load-in for furniture, AV equipment, decor, etc. The warehouse is equipped with a brand new HVAC, wireless internet, power, and a 60'' TV. White floors and walls are perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, and projections. There are also two single-use bathrooms on the main floor.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There are two small windows in the warehouse. Currently, there are no shades on these windows but we allow shades to be brought in or you can cover them with fabric.
There are also 2 large garage doors that can be kept open for natural light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We have to controlled HVAC systems that make noise when on. If the garage doors are open you can hear a busy street that is about .5 mile away.

Equipment loading description
There is a drive in loading area into the warehouse. No ramps and any large trucks would need to be parked on the street nearby.
Staging area is available
Two 2nd level mezzanines that are open to the 1st floor and not sound proof.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is located inside of the warehouse on the western wall.

General Rules
No Smoking in the warehouse.
Outside catering is allowed, with a cleaning fee.
Alcohol is allowed, with a cleaning fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Event liability insurance for 1 million
Furniture and decorations may be moved
The warehouse contains a conference table in the upstairs mezzanine and can be removed for a charge.
Smoke machines are allowed
