  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This unique space can be used for a number of activities such as business and co-worker meetings, Productions, Celebratory events and more. On the first level of the home is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with additional rooms on the same level for break away spots. This space is a very warm, cozy and inviting home with a modern charm that is undeniable. With a special room for podcasting w/green screen, 3-season room to break away for some downtime, and a beautiful outdoor seating area, this home is sure to please for your ideal event. On the lower level there is a great space for entertainment, meetings and a wide variety of events. There's a bar with pool table, large conference table and seating area for a break away space.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
