Our space is a ground floor furniture showroom styled like an apartment. We have hosted many events, dinners and photoshoots for fashion and consumer product brands. It's a beautiful, easy to access space with lots of great light, many different areas to create vignettes and plenty of room to move around. We do not have a bathroom or kitchen onsite but there is one in the building upstairs.

The space is much larger than the picture shows, clean, and it appeared as advertised. We had a greeting session with new freshmen in our association, and the space was enough for around 50 people. It took quite a long time to contact the host and get confirmation of the space, but the host is chill and kind. He also helped us to clean up the space at the last.

Our experience at Charlie's place was amazing. It's a lot bigger than it appears in the photos. The place is mindfully decorated and has plenty of furniture for whatever event you want to have. Charlie was very flexible with our needs, timing and visiting the place to map out how we would have the event set up. This was the best experience we've had on a peer shared place. One should note the location itself does not have wifi or a bathroom. Overall our experience was great and we would book again.
