Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our space will be cleaned after every rental that includes the following: disinfecting all surfaces, spreading bookings several days apart, disinfecting the floors, and seating, and ventilating the room.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Studio space with an open floorplan that works well for at-home photoshoots, portraits, food photography, work meetings, or space to work on a project. There is an abundance of natural light. Each part of the layout has a different color/vibe and can be leveraged differently for your photo shoot or film. A table and seating is available for those who need to have meetings or collaboration.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - No loud music or noise (out of respect for the other residents) - You may use the stove, but you must let us know in advance (for safety reasons) - You may move the furniture around, but please return to the original place - You may use the bathroom - You may light candles, but they must be put out before leaving the property

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
