- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

About the Space
Photography studio decorated with numerous sets, bohemian, glam, velvet jewel-toned couches (emerald green and royal blue), 2 beds (1 full, 1 queen), hanging swing, vintage dressing vanity, chandelier, clawfoot tub, small refrigerator, black wall, plants, mirrors. Loft upstairs for hair/makeup, changing room. Great for photo shoots, meetings, womens' events, wedding day bridal party prep space. 8 large windows let in plenty of light; light-blocking curtains also hanging for light control. High ceilings, fireplace (for decor only), pink neon sign, faux shower scene.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Large well lit space with many shooting setups. The building is a converted mill, so lots of old Baltimore character. Easy check-in process via lockbox and the host (Ruthie) is very responsive to messages.
