I’m a little frustrated, as I am a younger woman, I reached out to Anya to book beforehand asking her how private the space would be as I wouldn’t want to be shooting boudoir in front of other people. After arriving I was told I could change in the bathroom or upstairs, as I head upstairs a man was laying in the bed. I quickly ran down and Anya said that I also couldn’t go into the left of the property. Confused- seeing as though I booked the whole location for two hours for over 300$+ when I see three middle aged people walking around. I felt so uncomfortable but tried to push through as I wanted to get my moneys worth. After a half hour to an hour the three people leave but still - this man is up in the treehouse. I see him poking his head - going in and out and into the house, staring at me as he gets out. As the booking says “nudity allowed” I was going to do some topless photos however with this strange man on-site and me being alone I felt uncomfortable to do so. After, Anya received me asking if I was staying another hour but at this point I felt incredibly Ill due to the hot weather and no water being provided. I asked her for a water and she said “was there none in the fridge?” I said I wasn’t even sure I was allowed in there seeing as though she didn’t say that when I arrived. The location itself is beautiful however, incredibly messy. Dog poop was on the sidewalks, dead frogs in the pool, none or the hammocks or bathtub was useable as it was filled with debris. I’m incredibly upset with how this turned out being someone who went alone. The pictures I did end up getting were beautiful - however I did not get all the shots I wanted seeing as though my time was being shared with other people on the property. For that reason alone, I wouldn’t book again.

The property is beautiful and is as pictured. However, the host was cleaning the entire property when we arrived and throughout our entire booked and paid for session. We did not receive any type of heads up or notice about this. It did cause inconveniences through some parts throughout our shoot session with the cleaning crews, noises, moved props etc. Adam’s wife was accommodating to allot us additional time after I spoke to her about our experience. Outside of that, it could have easily been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for that inconvenience.
