About the Space
This spacious contemporary studio apartment in our craftsman style home has its own private entrance. This space has a queen bed, modern style couch, a small office area next to a south facing window, an efficiency kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and coffee pot. Our newly renovated bathroom has a large jetted Jacuzzi tub and a beautiful two-person shower. Please, note the interior stairway is fairly steep and narrow. Not ideal for heavy or large production items.

Wonderful space...the bath does take a little time to fill so take that into time consideration and start it 30 mins prior and make use of the rest of the space during that time.

This space worked great for a series of boudoir sessions. The host updated the space with a black wall with gold detailing that provided a gorgeous background. Early in the morning, the light coming through the window over the window is pretty harsh. We ended up adding some light to balance the contrast. The space is pretty small, but it worked well for our small sessions.
