About the Space
This is a large living room with vaulted ceiling that leads into an open and spacious kitchen. Stocked with couches and tables, chairs that can be rearranged for the shoot. Perfect for a small production interview. It also could be used for an interior scene, either a kitchen or a living room setting. Coffee is available at all times!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

We shot a scene from a short film in this space. The host was very responsive. The space was great and in great condition. We were allowed to move furniture around however we like, trash bag the windows, and leave props and equipment over night after booking back to back days. The owners have an understanding of the filmmaking process and honor that.

Great space! Very comfortable, spacious, good temperature control, and has everything you might want for a small team (we used it for rehearsals, but I imagine it would be wonderful for shoots as well)!

I'm so glad I booked this venue. It has enough space for many photoshoot projects, and it is filled with artistic items that can be used as a background adding to creative and vintage vibes. I enjoyed shooting my wedding style photo session there. The host Thomas and his brother David were very friendly, responded quickly providing accurate information and always ready to help when needed. Absolutely recommend and looking forward to booking again.
