About the Space

Our purpose is for our venue to be an experience. A place where the community can connect on a variety of levels. A shared space where common goals meet commerce. Affordably rent space to meet the goals you seek. From Lectures + Educational Programs, Pop-Up Shops, Baby Showers, Birthday + Engagement Parties…Artists, Entrepreneurs or anyone with an idea can create their next great vision here!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

I must say, I absolutely loved having my event at this space. Everything was available and organized for an easy set up. Eric C was a gem to work with—very professional, efficient and courteous. I honestly loved working with him. He was responsive, honest, helpful. I would absolutely work with Eric again. Everything was on point like Stacy Adams… Stacy Adams. We adore you, Eric! Thank you!
