Welcome to our space in the heart of Malibu with beautiful ocean views from every outdoor area, from the Buddha Garden, Love Seats, Tree House, Fire Pit, Gazebo, Picnic Table, BBQ and Dining Terrace that seats up to 20 people. Perfect for any romantic celebration, family picnic, spiritual retreat, tea party, happy hour, or dinner party. Idyllic for Balinese or Hawaiian backdrop photo shoot or filming location.

1. GUESTS MUST PROVIDE EVENT INSURANCE with host named as additional insured. 2. General liability must be in an amount not less than: $1,000,000/1,000,000 Bodily Injury Liability and $1,000,000 Property Damage Liability. 2. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. 3. Host not responsible for stolen personal items. 4. Host not responsible for any damage to vehicles on or near premises. 5. Portable restroom required for 15 people or more. 6. No underage drinking. 7. No full bar or intoxication will be tolerated. 8. No animals 9. RESPONSIBILITY • Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the host and/or parent company, and/or subsidiaries, and/or affiliated companies from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, expenses, and lawsuits, including those incurred as a result of contributory negligence of the host • Renter shall indemnify and hold harmless the host and/or parent company, and/or subsidiaries, and/or affiliated companies for any injuries sustained or incurred by ANY person — whether or not said person or persons is employed by Renter or The Host — regardless of whether injuries are sustained as a result of contributory negligence of The Host. • Renter assumes full responsibility for loss and/or damage to any property or equipment and the Host is not responsible for articles left behind by Renter. • Renter shall cover Loss of Income equal to the base rental rate of lost/damaged property or equipment multiplied by the number of days required to repair or replace lost/damaged item. • The renter shall be responsible for the restoration to original condition in the event of permanent alteration, paint, construction for an event.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was amazing for our tiny wedding. There were a ton of options for the ceremony (we actually had two different ceremonies to reflect our cultures...). The view was amazing and Ava was a wonderful host. The space allowed for us to easily get ready and hold the event, including dinner. Our wedding was perfect and we can’t imagine any other location being even a fraction of this places perfection.

My husband and I were seeking a beautiful place to have an intimate ceremony that included our officiant and photographer. From my first interaction with Ava, I knew I was speaking with someone who was kind, flexible, and invested in our experience. Shangri-La was absolutely beautiful - offering stunning views and the sound of the ocean. There were so many unique places to take photos and Ava even set up beautiful roses with treats for us. Ava and her wonderful partner, Jeff, made sure to wear their masks and we felt so safe and taken care of. Ava even suggested rescheduling if it was too cloudy stating that she wanted our wedding to be beautiful. We will forever be grateful to Ava and Jeff for a ceremony we will remember fondly and vividly.
