Our helicopter pad for convenient shuttling to and from So Cal airports as well as local events, makes for exclusive access and modern convenience. (Renter must provide helicopter insurance.) Use your smart device to connect your favorite music through our overhead sound system that permeates indoors as well as outdoors. Then relax on the patio chaise lounges as both the sun and moon rise directly over a 60 foot infinity-edge, saltwater pool. Contemporary architecture is about feeling the power and majesty of modern minimalist design. From the bubbling Jacuzzi to outdoor granite kitchen, the entire house is at your disposal along with immediate access to premier hiking trails. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
