  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

More than 3,000 Sq. feet of shooting/stage space available for Filming, Photography, Theater Labs and more. Two large roll-up entrances for ease of load in and load out from private parking lot with ample space for crew and production vehicles. Beautiful blank slate just twenty short minutes outside of NYC. The space includes an additional 3,000 Sq. feet of flexible interior space for production use. Skip a trip and use out in house equipment. We have most of the basic necessities available. Apple boxes, Carts, Folding Tables, Folding Chairs, Ladders, Pipe & Drape, Stingers, Wardrobe Racks and more. Need props? Set dressing? We have thousands of items available directly above the stage. Come upstairs and dig through our massive prop rental inventory for the perfect piece. Furniture, electronics, paper props, lighting and more. BB Props has more than 50,000 square feet of fully staffed fabrication shop. Our team is composed of master craftsmen with a wide spectrum of skills suited for any project. Among them are master carpenters, electricians, welders, machinists, painters, upholsters, tailors and even a Robot. Our team ha worked in all forms of live theater, motion pictures, television, advertising, trade shows and live events. We have the experience, tools and space to build anything you can dream of. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
