All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This home is a early Spanish style home decorated with unique furniture. A mix of every era from the 1940’s and up. The living room is roomy with a HUGE front window letting all the natural light you could ever need in. There is a second smaller living room which I like to call the smoking room ( no smoking please). It has a mid century credenza and two lime green felt chairs. The list goes on. Persons are welcome to use any part of the home aside from the bedrooms. This option may change in the future.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
