All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Large beautifully decorated home to host a baby shower, bridal shower or family gathering. The house is equipped with a gas fireplace in a large family room, fully equipped kitchen that leads to an outdoor patio with a full sized gas grill and a large fenced in yard. Large combined living room and dining room. Finished basement with pool table, bar and surround sound TV, exercise equipment and a separate office. The home has 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the top floor if needed.
