About the Space

North and south-facing windows stream light into our 1000 square ft space located in a historic missile factory. The rental studio has been converted into a blank slate, filled with everything you need to make your vision a reality. All rentals include: • Private Studio with Bathroom • High-Speed Wifi • Roll-Up Garage Door Entranceway • 8'x10' Double-Sided Wall on Wheels • Two 4'x8' White/Black Foamcore V-Flats • Four C-Stands and Four Sand Bags • Two, 25ft Extension Cords • Two Apple Boxes (One 1/2 Box & One Full Box) • Three White Modeling Blocks & White Stool • One Rolling Cart Availble upon request: • Background Kit with Two Stands and Seamless Paper

Parking description

There are a number of large parking lots conveniently located on the Camp Northend campus that are free to use and have 24/7 security. You will have access to bring your vehicle to the front door of the studio for loading and unloading purposes.

General Rules

- Please note: We have a minimum rental fee of $200 for any rental session. - No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio. Projects involved with smoke have to get studio representatives consent. - No pets allowed without the prior consent of a company representative - Music is to be kept at reasonable levels - Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. - All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, haircutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from our studio representative. Cleaning fee may apply.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

At this time we are only allowing 1 rental per day to give us time to properly sanitize and air-out the space between clients.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

This space is absolutely incredible! Conveniently located in Camp North End, the Tent Studio has everything you could need, great natural light, and was super easy for my clients to find. Will definitely be using this space again in the future!
