About the Space

BRAND NEW Construction Home built in 2019 in the heart of Dallas located in the upcoming Oak Cliff neighborhood. It has an open concept floor plan with all new granite countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and a large driveway, making it the perfect highlight for shooting productions such as Talk Shows, Product Shoots, Brand Commercials and Music Videos. This is a 1784 sqft home with high ceilings and large windows providing great natural light. Enjoy the open concept living area offering amble space for breakout meetings with TV, a dining room that sits six. The master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are big, spacious and perfect for dedicated hair and make-up spaces, 2 modern high-end bathrooms with vanity sinks and a shower/bathtub is also available. First class amenities such as high speed Wi-Fi, smart tv loaded with all your favorite streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

This house served as the perfect setting for my brand photoshoot! The windows allowed in more than enough natural lighting to capture the details of my looks and products. It was also very spacious which allowed for easy social distancing! What really stood out to me about this place was the elaborate interior design which looked even better in person and complimented my shoot oh so well! Thanks to the abundant lighting and beautiful display, I was able to finish the shoot with more than enough marketable shots!

Yes, I would book again.

This was an amazing place! The host was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and extremely beautiful. It was better in person than advertised. I and my friends had a blast doing the photoshoot in pretty much every part of the house and the time I booked it for seemed to just fly by, we were not ready to leave. I would definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.
