About the Space
Modern apartment fully furnished with hardwood floor. The apartment is designed with modern-style windows from the living room to the bedroom giving the space a lot of sunlight and a beautiful view. Cozy, clean new apartment 5 minutes walk from Brick Church Train station. The Train station is a 25-minute train ride into New York Penn Station. We welcome Photoshoots, mini-movies, youtube personalities, and many more. We do not allow parties of any kind!!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I really enjoyed the use of this space. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was as depicted in the pictures, which helped my shoot to go smoothly. Dwayne, the owner, was super helpful. He was in front, waiting for me when I arrived, to give me all the instructions and tips. Dwayne truly made what could have been a stressful time into an enjoyable and productive morning. I would definitely book again. I know Dwayne and the process also made a positive impression on my camera man, because after we wrapped, he asked all kinds of questions about how I found the space. My thanks again to Dwayne!!!
