- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
This oversized 1950s bungalow is the perfect spot for photoshoots and small meetings or gatherings. With plenty of options for photos or breakout areas both inside and out — and well-curated decor — it's versatile, functional and eye-catching. The home has a great, open flow but can also be closed off if needed. 2 living areas are separated by a dining room, and all 4 bedrooms are connected by a hall on one side of the house, with doors separating the hallway from the living areas. A fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 car carport, large backyard with deck, gas grill, table and lounge area. High speed fiber WIFI and 42" tv. Please inquire about the size of your event. With the exception of professional commercial production rentals, no more than 8 guests may be on the property at a time. Absolutely no parties allowed.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
