Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All pinball machines, arcade1up cabinets, tables, booths, chairs and restrooms are thoroughly cleaned between parties. We call it the "30 minute scrub down."

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space is perfect for every event. Birthday parties, family gatherings, filming, photo shoots, or a group of friends that simply want to hang out in their own arcade lounge. Features themed pinball machines, such as Super Mario Bros, Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park, Terminator, Ghostbusters and more. You will not find these pinball machines at your local arcade/bar. Also, features an arsenal of Arcade1Up cabinets. Every machine that they have produced, except for Frogger. Equipped with two restrooms. Plenty of dance floor with 2 disco balls. Some games may not be appropriate for children under 12.

Ambient noise description

There is no street noise. Industrial street with light traffic. Currently, I do not have any neighbors. There is some noise from AC and/or heater.

Equipment loading description

There is a 12' wide x 14' high garage door on side on building. There is ample parking/loading space in front of the building, and on the street. There are no parking restrictions, nor parking meters.

Staging area is available

There are 4 rooms, each about 175 sq ft. These room are empty with no furniture in them.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker in on the outside side of the building. About 15 feet from side entrance. There are numerous 110v outlets throughout the space.

General Rules

No smoking allowed in building. Outside food/catering and beverages are allowed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and wall decor may be moved to our in-house storage room, but may not leave the building.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
