This space is a Daylight Loft Photo Studio with tons of natural light - 14ft Ceilings - 2 Restrooms - Client Seating Area - Large Mirror - Styling Station w/ Garment Rack & Hangers - Full Sized Steamer - WiFi - Loud BluTooth Sound System - Mini Fridge - Selection of Color Backdrops (not included in booking, additional fee - see add ons) Every booking comes complementary with: 2 sandbags Dimmers 2 Disc Reflectors 2 Full C-Stands 1 Professional Steamer 1 Wardrobe Rack w/Hangers 1 6ft latter 1 3x6 folding table 4 Tall Stools A Clamps 2 25ft Extension Cables 3 Power Strips 1 Industrial Fan *There is 2 hour booking minimum, no exceptions. *The studio is self serve. When booking back drops and equipment, please be prepared to set up for your shoot. If you need help setting up, please refer to add ons. *Backdrops and additional equipment are not included in your booking. Please be sure to refer to add ons if you plan on utilizing backdrops/equipment during your booking. *Snacks and drinks available at an additional fee (see add ons). If you are booking for a larger shoot/team + longer hours, let me know in your booking and I can work out a flat fee. *Please be respectful and courteous of the space and equipment. Please leave the studio in the condition you found it. You are responsible for cleaning up after your booking. Violating this rule will result in being banned from booking the studio again. Please note NO LOOSE GLITTER OR PAINT ALLOWED ON SET. If equipment/supplies are damaged during your booking, you will also be responsible for additional fees. *Due to COVID and sanitizing process, I’d like to keep bookings to 8 people or less. Additional guests are subject to additional fees - $10 per additional guest (after 8).

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
