Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

About the Space
-- Wuul Studios -- Recording Studio in Miami, FL This listing includes access to and use of STUDIO A & STUDIO B. The hourly rental price also includes use of the KITCHEN which has a large fridge for your drinks, a full BATHROOM, and a PRIVATE PARKING LOT with easy load in access. STUDIO A AUDIO TRACKING - The space is set up for audio tracking with angled and decoupled walls, floating floors, and a look through glass window between the live room and control room. The live room features a 36I/O mic panel plus a number of instruments. The control room features an UA Apollo 8P mic preamp and KRK Rokit8s. For audio tracking, we can engineer your session for an additional fee (see "add ons") or you can bring your own computer and engineer. The space can also be used for audio production & listening events. PHOTO / VIDEO - The space can be used as a set for a photo or video production that needs a "recording studio look". Past clients have also used the space for filming live music performances, live podcasting with video, and commercial work. STUDIO B This studio rental includes use of TWO ROOMS for photography, a MAKEUP ROOM, and a large FULL BATHROOM. The unit is fully air conditioned. It also comes with the use of THREE LED LIGHTS, THREE STANDS, and SIX SANDBAGS. Plus, access to and use of three 107" wide paper backdrop rolls (currently offering white, black, and grey). ROOM 1 (WOOD FLOOR) - The wood floor room is 15' wide and 18' deep. The paper backdrop system is mounted 10' tall and holds 107" wide rolls. ROOM 2 (CONCRETE FLOOR) - The concrete floor room is 11' wide and 19' deep. A set of double doors can also be opened which makes the shooting depth up to 32' deep. Amazing studio. Everything was beyond promised. Music studio has a photo studio and a private garage with all the amenities to produce for a lifetime. Owners are very professional and help you accomplish what you are looking out of your project. I will come back again. Highly recommend.
