To ensure safety in our facility, we are following Governor’s Strike Force to Open Texas - Media Production Minimum Standard Health Protocols Checklist. 50% capacity is allowed

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks
Hand Sanitizer

Whether you’re shooting video or photo, our kitchen studio is designed to suit all of your creative needs. The kitchen has a beautiful industrial style, with tall ceilings and TONS of natural light. General Rules

+ No smoking (including e-cigs) is allowed in the building or within 20 feet of any entrance. + No illegal substances or dangerous conduct permitted. Rental will be cancelled immediately with no refund. + Music/voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words. + No one will be admitted who is intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances + No animals allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative + Maximum of 12 people in Renter’s party. Renter must contact Studio if party will exceed this amount. Additional fees will apply. + Normal business hours are 8am to 6pm daily. Requests for use outside of that time will be considered upon availability. + RENTER must be present throughout the use and must check in prior to departure. + Clean up is not included, RENTER must remove any trash to designated space prior to departure. We ask that you respect the space and we will respect yours. + No early arrivals - doors will open no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time. Please account for setup and breakdown. + Overtime will begin promptly 10 minutes after your designated end time and be billed at 1.5x rental rate in 30 minute increments.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
