About the Space
Large open warehouse space. Located in industrial area. Setup as photography studio, but open space allows for other uses. Private entrance for the building that opens into a small foyer then into a reception room. Main studio space is just through a door off of reception. There are two bathrooms one in reception and one in studio. Studio is large open warehouse with white walls and concrete floor. There is a moveable wall and several basic backdrops setup along the walls with main space left open. There is an additional doublewide service door directly into the studio space and a 3rd door for emergency exits. Electrical outlets about every 6 ft along most of perimeter of the studio. Setup as banks of 4 outlets. Big open space is perfect for giving space for your creativity. Part of Chance the Rapper and Jeremih's Chi-Town Christmas Special 2020 was filmed here.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
