About the Space
Helios Studios is a 1440 square foot studio located in Edmonds, WA. Two large areas for photography, video and events. Flat white walls, natural concrete floor and unfinished ceilings gives you a blank canvas to create. Modular setup allows for an array of options. A kitchenette for prep or craft services is also featured. Convenient location just 25-mins from Seattle and 10-mins from historic downtown Edmonds. You and your crew can easily arrive with little worry of high traffic areas and inconveniences of a metropolitan downtown district.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
