This space is The standard rental period is 2 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 8PM. INCLUDED IN MY HOME - 4 person rustic dining table. - Living room seating for 12 - Large flat screen TV. - Swing Chair - Beautiful bathroom (must be requested - guest bathroom.

General Rules

General Rules We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture can be moved within the unit as long as care is taken with the floors and furniture itself. Wall decorations cannot be removed without prior permission. No smoke machines allowed Nudity is allowed Security cameras and recording devices Master Bathroom requires approval prior to booking. There are security cameras located in the common area of the property. There are no cameras in the bedrooms or bathrooms.

**Thorough Cleaning:** - We clean and disinfect all surfaces, including the living room, high-touch areas, floors, and bathrooms. **Living Room:** - The living room is thoroughly cleaned, including furniture, tables, and electronics. **Kitchen and Bath:** - The kitchen is fully sanitized, and bathroom fixtures are cleaned and disinfected. **Linens and Towels:** - All bed linens and towels are freshly laundered for each guest. **Trash Removal:** - We empty all trash cans and replace liners. **Final Checks:** - A final walkthrough ensures a clean and welcoming environment for your stay. We prioritize cleanliness to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have any specific cleaning-related questions or requests, please feel free to ask when booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Space was nice, pretty much like the pictures. The only thing is she has a dog and although it wasn't there you notice hair on the couch and it got on your clothes. I would book again though because the aesthetics is really nice
