We are using our main space in the front of our building as an event space. This space can be used for so many things. The space is perfect for corporate meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, family get togethers, birthday parties and more. Main event space can hold up to 50 guests comfortably. We also allow all outside catering and decorations. Tables and chairs are not included in hourly pricing. $200 dollar refundable deposit required 24 hours before event and will be refunded the next business day. Deposits by Zelle or cashapp. Deposit will be kept in the event of that all decorations aren’t removed or any other rules are Violated. Charges for going over your time will be charged at a rate of 1.5x the hourly rate.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
