Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Cleaning is an additional cost and the entire house has a bi-polar ionization system. If there are any additional cleaning services required, then we can discuss and accommodate.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

The property is at the end of a street with a lot of trees in the backyard so it is a very quiet house in the city of Atlanta. The appliances and HVAC are very quiet as well.

There is a driveway into a garage however advanced planning and additional fees will apply to access the location this way. There is no loading zone and the stairs to the front door have 2 steps.

No smoking inside the home. Outside catering is allowed with prior approval. Other requests can be discussed per booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

This is negotiable with the contract. IN regards to the questions below on smoke machines and nudity: smoke machines can be used outdoors. If indoors then needs to be discussed. Nudity is allowed but only with advance notice and approval on details of it.
