Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Surfaces that are touched by guests (bathroom area) are first cleaned and wiped. After we spray a sanitizing product over the areas and let it sit to kill any left over bacteria.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our place is a multi-use facility. We host a range of classes throughout the week and host our own parties and events. With our open layout and spacious stage, it makes for a great performance venue. We are wheelchair accessible. If needed we can provide you with decorating, DJ, or catering services to ensure your event will be a success.

General Rules
We do not allow the use of tobacco products in our venue (with the exception of hookahs).
Outside catering is allowed. Outside bartendor is allowed. If you require other items or services for your event please message us and let us know how we can accomodate.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Cpuch can be moved to the dressing room and back storage.
Smoke machines are allowed

Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
