Urban Uptown Apartment with Photo Studio

With a history of colors, I couldn't let these eccentric walls go to waste. My apartment has an open layout, with endless possibilities. I've shifted gears and taken a smaller approach. Normally I would throw events, and rent out the space for that. However, after spending my first year investing into my music I realized the lack of spaces that were convenient for my peers. Inspired by this apartment I shot my own music video in, I decided to take a leap of faith and utilize my own space for others. After having a successful week of video and photoshoots amongst my peers, I saw how beneficial it was to artist in up and coming positions. The space has a bathroom, kitchen on unit (separate from studio space), and bedroom that can be used upon request. Pet friendly. Ring Protected.
