About the Space
This historic home, located in the picturesque neighborhood of LaSalle Gardens in Detroit, has been converted from a duplex to a large singular space perfect for hosting corporate retreats, fundraisers or other sponsored events. The space is largely open concept and features two living rooms separated by a ceramic mosaic fireplace, large dining area that can be configured to fit large groups for presentations, cocktail parties, award ceremonies, fundraisers, retirement parties, milestone celebrations or corporate events. Rates vary based on the day of the week, time of day, or number of attendees.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
