34' x 32' (1100 sq ft) all white room lit with a large 12'x14' all-glass roll-up door, the natural light that fills this space provides a perfect atmosphere for your next off-site meeting. You can add the option of upgrading your rental with up to 50 white chairs, round tables covered in white linens for each guest to sit, and a projector or 82” TV on a roller stand to do a presentation. The tables as chairs come at a $200 upgrade to your rental. The minimalist yet modern decor of this space allows for your creative genius to transform the studio into your dream. We host regular networking meetings in the space. The polished white epoxy floors are a unique look that makes you feel FRESH when you enter. 16' ceilings with curved walls. No smoking inside building Outside catering and alcohol is allowed but must be approved by the owner. No dragging objects across the white polished floor. Chairs/tables/linens can be rented separately at $200 flat rate for up to 50 guests to be seated at large round tables w/ white chairs and white linens. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
